Jenolan Caves Road at Hampton - April Closures

Jenolan Caves Road | Transport for NSW

Transport for NSW have advised a full closure of Jenolan Caves Road at Hampton will be required for the safety of motorists and workers.

Closures of Jenolan Caves Road at Hampton between Old Bindo Road and Duckmaloi Road will be between 7am and 5pm from Wednesday 10 April.

The closure dates for April are:

Monday 15 April
Wednesday 17 April
Thursday 18 April
Friday 19 April
Monday 22 April
Tuesday 23 April
Wednesday 24 April

A detour will be in place during this work - The detour will be via Oberon, Bathurst and Lithgow using Duckmaloi Road, O’Connell Road and the Great Western Highway in both directions.

Traffic control and reduced speed limits will also be in place after work hours and may affect travel times. Motorists should plan ahead and allow extra travel time during this work.

All road users are advised to follow the directions of signs and traffic control and slow down on approach.
