OBERON WASTE VOUCHERS

Council is aware of a print house error on the reverse side of the 2024/2025 Annual Waste Vouchers. There is a $10 value stated on the voucher, which should not have been included. All waste vouchers permit up to one ute load or standard 6’x4’ trailer of domestic waste, excluding mattresses, lounges and tyres.

Due to the complexities and potential confusion associated with reissuing, Council has made the decision to continue utilising the current vouchers and ask the community to disregard the monetary value stated.

Council acknowledge there has been public commentary regarding this issue. Staff are working with the print house to investigate how this error occurred and rectification avenues available to Council. Work will continue in pursuing this matter.
