Cost of Building Works
The cost of the development proposed should include costs based on industry recognised prices, including cost for materials and labour for construction and/or demolition and GST.
If the estimate is understated, Council will ask for further documentation such as an itemised quotation from a licensed builder, if the applicant is unable to provide such information Council will request the cost of development be adjusted on the application based on the current building market price guide, additional application fees may then be incurred by this change.
